We are looking to hire a Part time office assistant with the potential to turn into full time position.

Hourly pay $12-$15 a hour depending on experience.
Required :
Must have working knowledge of quickbooks online.
Duties:
Making invoices, quotes and, accepting payments.
Entering data into quickbooks, filing paper work, Managing office supplies, managing inventory, preparing and filing quarterly sales tax, calling customers when machines are ready for pick up.
Go and pick up parts as needed.
Call and order parts as needed.
They need to be on-time, flexible, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality.
