Study and pass SQF test for practitioner & HAACP Cerification Maintain all QC files and documents.
Maintain, implement, and verify all Food Safety and Food Quality systems for the company.
Ensure product specifications are consistently being met.
Perform monthly internal plant self-audits.
Daily inspection and testing of production lines.
Lead third party audits (SQF and customer audits).
Perform sampling and review Microbiological test results Root cause investigations on out of specification product.
Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
Maintain and update internal formula specifications and SOPs.
Review and sign off on CCP and Preventative Controls.
Intermediate computer skills - (Microsoft Office programs) Assist with product development Supervise 2 employees 90 day review for Salary increase ( 3-6%) Year end Bonus - 5-10% of Salary Education required:
