Responsibilities:
Provide expert estimating services for hyperscale data centers from RFP through to construction completion, managing key relationships with the client, general contractor, and project teamLead the training of templates & tools for the general contractor to ensure submissions are compliant for commercial analysisProvide detailed comparative analysis of commercial submittals from the general contractorLead the commercial review of the competitive bid process for major tradesSupport the project delivery team with post-contract cost analysis & change order reviewsBenchmarking integration to ensure accurate data captureQualifications Demonstrated estimating experience including time spent in mission critical, pharma, industrial or life science sectorsDemonstrated experience of developing estimates throughout the project lifecycleConfident reviewing Mechanical and/or Electrical Subcontract packages and buyoutCollege degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field, and/or field-related experienceExcellent communicator and thrives in a client facing roleTechnical knowledge of construction industry matters, such as value management and value engineeringExcellent stakeholder management skills with ability to adapt messaging to suit the recipientsAdditional Information On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs Our inspired people share our vision and missionWe provide a great place to work, where each person has the opportunity and voice to affect changeWe want our people to succeed both in work and lifeTo support this we promote a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work-life balanceTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employerWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and actively encourage applications from all sectors of the communityPlease find out more about us at www.
