Production Superintendent Purpose & Scope:
Train new hires in their assigned positions.
Principle
Responsibilities:
Work daily with all new hires to train them in their assigned positions.
Teach proper set up, troubleshooting, and operation of machines Teach proper technique to trimmers, product handlers, etc.
Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into their respective positions, answering questions and mentoring new hires in their positions.
Present and walk-though job specific Standard Work Procedures Complete and verify job competency sheets based on each job, and verify successful completion of qualifying period with supervisor and maintenance Learn all jobs on the floor over a period of time Teach all new hires Standard Operating Procedures for their assigned positions Work closely with maintenance to ensure that machines are set up correctly Maintain daily communication with dozens of employees at a time, answering questions and being overall helpful to new hires, as well as other members of the training team.
Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
Spends majority of time on plant floor.

Experience in a fast paced environment, ever changing environment Only internal candidates will be considered for this position Special Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivated Personable, helpful, and friendly demeanor Strong Customer Service Skills Strong time management and organizational skill; Ability to multitask Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment Must have no more than 3 attendance points.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
